1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

At Purely Picked, we want you to be confident in your glow. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we must maintain strict hygiene standards. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All original manufacturer seals, plastic wraps, and tags must be intact.

  • Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, tested, or used, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

    3. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Instagram.

    • Evidence Required: To process a claim for damaged or missing items, we require clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and the product condition.

    • Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

    4. How to Start a Return

    To start a return, you can contact us at Whatsapp or Instagram.

    • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

    • Return Shipping: Unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

      5. Refunds

      Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      • Approved Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

      • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or [EasyPaisa/JazzCash]. You will be asked to provide your account details once the return is verified.

      6. Order Cancellations

      You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and dispatched to our courier partner (e.g., TCS/Leopards), it can no longer be cancelled
